The PS version is basically an exact port of the PC game but with stiffer menus and slower loads. Filled with lots of mid-90s 'tude, funny cut scenes, retro grunge music that has dated surprisingly well, bizarre puppet/digital art of eccentric characters, a pleasing mix of racing and combat, and a hedonistic sense of freedom that I normally associate with Outrun I am easily reminded of why I played the game to death back in the day, using the arrow keys and space bar on my keyboard.
